Refund Policy – Del Campo Natural Meats

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

Live Animals:
Once a live animal has been selected, reserved, or delivered, all sales are final. No refunds or returns are accepted for live animals, as they require ongoing care and handling.

Processed Meat:
For food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on any processed meat products (cleaned, frozen, or custom-cut). Once the product has been delivered to the customer, it cannot be returned.

Deposits:
All deposits (30% of the total order) are non-refundable. Deposits secure your animal and reserve processing time. The remaining balance is due upon completion of processing based on the final weight of the animal.

Order Accuracy:
If there is an issue with your order (incorrect product or missing items), please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will review your concern and work with you to resolve it when possible.
